What changes have been made to my agreement and when do they take place?
From 1 January 2012, we are increasing the fee for dishonoured rental payments and payment deferrals from $25 to $30
What’s a dishonour fee?
This is a charge we apply to your account if you fail to pay your
monthly rental payment on time for any reason, including having
insufficient funds in your account or a declined credit card.
When do I have to pay the dishonour fee?
The dishonour fee is payable immediately.
What’s a payment deferral fee?
This is a charge we apply to your account when we have agreed to defer a
Total Monthly Rental Payment or any other payment due under your Rental
Agreement.
When do I have to pay the payment deferral fee?
The payment deferral fee is payable at the same time as the deferred payment is due.
How can I avoid the 1% Credit Card processing fee?
Switching to Direct Debit will do the job! There’s no processing fee
for Direct Debit and we will automatically take the payment so you don’t
have to worry about it. Just print a copy of the Direct Debit form out, fill it in and send it to us at:

Why is Direct Debit a good way to pay?
A Direct Debit payment comes straight from your account on the due date
of the bill. Your total Monthly Rental Payment is a set amount so you
can budget for the same amount each month. By using Direct Debit, you
don’t have to remember to pay us each month; it’s all done for you.
